Visitors are tracked through cookies. These tracking cookies are added to customers' web browsers when they click on an affiliate link. In order to get the commission, your customers' need to click on your link. The link that was used before the purchase was made, will be the link that gets commission. For the purchase to count as a referral for the affiliate, it must be made before the tracking cookie expires.

Our tracking cookies expire after 50 years.

WEBSITE(S) • You are required to email EarthCalm with a list of web addresses for anywhere online that you are posting EarthCalm affiliate banners, links, images and/or text. • You are responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your own website(s), etc. • You are required to make all necessary updates to your website(s), etc, within 10 days of EarthCalm notifying you of new product, appearance, availability or any other updates. • You are required to maintain content on your website(s), etc that is never libelous or otherwise illegal. • You are required to maintain content on your website(s), etc. that does not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, privacy or other personal/proprietary rights. CONTENT • You are required to represent EarthCalm honestly and accurately. • You are required to maintain content that is never unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene or harassing. • You are required to never associate with entities that facilitate or promote illegal activities, or incorporate any materials which infringe upon, or assist others to infringe upon, any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights. • If you are adding text about EarthCalm products and/or technology, you are required to include a disclaimer in accordance with your state/country regulations that EarthCalm products are not FDA approved and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. • You are required to indemnify and hold harmless EarthCalm and our Partners from any and all claims or causes of action arising from your misrepresentation of EarthCalm products and/or technology. • EarthCalm reserves the right to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law, if any of these violations occur and affect EarthCalm or our Partners. SHIPPING & COMMISSIONS • Affiliates are prohibited from selling EarthCalm products directly to customers. To become an EarthCalm Distributor, email distributors@earthcalm.com. • You are responsible for keeping your account shipping information updated to receive your commission checks. • You will earn 15% commission of each EarthCalm sale made directly via your affiliate link ONLY. • You will earn zero commission from any EarthCalm sale made without using your affiliate link. • EarthCalm will mail a check to you within the first two weeks of each month for any commissions earned during the month prior. EARTHCALM MARKS • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use EarthCalm logos, trade names, trademarks and similar identifying material (collectively “EarthCalm Marks”). We reserve all EarthCalm rights granted to you, at all times. You shall retain no rights in or to EarthCalm Marks. • You may ONLY use EarthCalm Marks for the purpose of promoting EarthCalm products. • You may ONLY use EarthCalm Marks to the extent that you have an active EarthCalm Affiliate account. • You are required to keep all EarthCalm Marks in original form and never alter, modify or change EarthCalm Marks in any way, at any time, for any reason. RELATIONSHIP & DISTINCTION BETWEEN EARTHCALM AND AFFILIATE • EarthCalm and Affiliates are independent entities and shall remain as such. • You must never use the name “EarthCalm” or any variation of the name "EarthCalm”, our product names, or any variation of our product names, in part or in whole, as your website name, domain name, social media name or email address(es), etc. • You must never represent yourself, your business, your online presence, your service(s), etc, as EarthCalm, Inc. • You must never create or use a duplicate or mirror of EarthCalm’s website. TERMS & MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT • This Agreement begins when EarthCalm approves and activates your Affiliate account. • The Affiliate account may be suspended or terminated by EarthCalm or Affiliate via email at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. • EarthCalm will mail you a check for your remaining commission balance within 30 days of termination. • You are required to relinquish all rights in and to EarthCalm upon termination, and immediately remove all EarthCalm Marks, content, references, etc, from your website(s). • EarthCalm reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement at any time, for any reason, at our own discretion. • Failure to follow any of these terms and conditions will lead to termination of your affiliate account.
